Financial director has complex responsibility for the financial and risk management field. He is responsible for the strategic financial management and is actively involved in the definition of business strategy.
He creates the business strategy and also leads a dynamic advertising team. He maintains long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with the clients. He has been operating as a Business Director since 2012.
Digital & Business Development Director/ Publisher of PC titles
Burda Digital director is responsible for the Business Development and Burda TV videoproduction and as a Publisher he is in charge of CHIP and Počítač pro každého. Within the company he is responsible for websites and applications portfolio, digital and development projects and everything connected with technical PC titles.
Publisher of lifestyle titles (ELLE, ELLE Decoration, Marianne, Marie Claire, InStyle, JOY, Maxim a Masooo!)
As a Publisher she is responsible for the strategic management of the brands from her portfolio - ELLE, ELLE Decoration, Marianne, Marie Claire, InStyle, JOY, Maxim a Masooo!. In order to provide a general direction and financial support for given brands, she closely cooperates with the editorial teams as well as with marketing, production, distribution, digital, advertising and B creative departments.
Zuzana Diniz Sousa
Publisher (Svět ženy, Apetit, Burda Style, Venkov&Styl, Marianne Bydlení, Náš útulný byt, Naše krásná zahrada, Moje zahrádka, Pošli recept, Lego and whole portfolio of crosswords)
Her daily responsibility is a close cooperation with the editors in chief. Zuzana is responsible for the economic and creative part of entrusted titles. In order to secure comprehensive functioning of her brand portfolio (Svět ženy, Apetit, Burda Style, Venkov&Styl, Marianne Bydlení, Náš útulný byt, Naše krásná zahrada, Moje zahrádka, Pošli recept, Lego and whole portfolio of crosswords) she cooperates very closely with marketing, production, distribution and advertising department.
As the Operating Director he is responsible for the running of the whole company and its daily operation. His responsibilities include planning, leading, organizing, decision making and supervising the staff, processes and information in daily operations. At the same time he is responsible for the production, distribution and IT department. He has been working for Burda since 1999.
Special Project Director
She has 12 years of experience in the media segment, especially with marketing, customized projects and content creation. At the moment she manages the creative and dynamic special projects department, which is responsible for dozens of projects a year, such as: Apetit Picnic, Shopping Fever, Marianne Days, Elle Beauty Lounge and more.
As HR Director she is responsible for all personnel matters in the company such as personnel planing and creating personnel strategy and politics in compliance with the whole Burda International group. She is in charge of creating new positions and their revisions, benefit system and solving complex personnel problems. She also monitors how all processes across the company are set and streamlines them. She holds her position in Burda since June 2015.
