General rules of SMS message competitions:

The company Burda Praha, Ltd. organizes SMS competitions in its magazines, where it is explicitly stated that a provider is Burda Praha, Ltd.
 
SMS price is CZK 10 including VAT, unless stated otherwise.
You can vote only in the Czech Republic.
SMS service is provided by Burda Praha, Ltd.
Technically it is ensured by Airtoy, Inc. Infoline +420 602 777 555. www.platmobilem.cz

In winning SMS message reader agrees that Burda Praha, Ltd. will lead the database of personal data provided by reader under the competition.
Personal data will not be misused for commercial purposes, will not be published anywhere else and will not be disclosed to third parties, except the situation that the prize is transferred directly by a third party.
The personal data of reader who did not win will be discarded.
There is no legal claim to prize.
Competition is open to persons over the age of 15 years.
Please write the text of SMS messages without diacritical marks.
The length of SMS messages can not exceed 160 characters.
The competition runs from 00:00 to XX.XX.XX XX: XX: XX 23:59 as it is stated in a magazine.
It is possible only one prize per participant in the relevant competition or crossword puzzle.
Answers to our SMS message competitions and solved crosswords can also be sent to the e-mail address: soutezime [at] burda.cz.
Please write the name and issue of title into the subject line i.e. Katka 5/2013. For inclusion into the evaluation the text of e-mail message must be only the SMS form stated in the magazine e.i. HRA KA5B and Jana*Novakova*Tovární*9*Turnov * 21122.
